Wearing swimwear in the saunas is **not allowed**, except on designated swimwear days. On those days, wearing swimwear is **mandatory**.
Showering is **mandatory** before entering the saunas, swimming pool, and plunge pool. After using a heated area, you must shower again.
While moving between saunas and pools, please cover yourself with a towel or bathrobe.
For hygiene reasons, sitting or lying fully on a towel is mandatory inside dry saunas and on lounge chairs by the pool.
Reserving loungers or spots in the saunas is **not permitted**. Heat staff reserve the right to move towels, bathrobes, or bags if used for reserving places.
Wearing bath slippers is **mandatory**.
Swimwear is mandatory during free swimming.
Wearing a bathrobe in the restaurant is **mandatory** at all times, including swimwear days.
Bringing your own food or drinks is **not permitted**.
Mobile phones are **not allowed**, except in the restaurant. We recommend leaving your phone switched off and stored in your locker.
Taking photographs or making video recordings is **strictly prohibited**. Guests violating this rule must immediately leave Heat Sauna and Bathhouse upon the first request from staff, after full payment.
Please respect others by maintaining silence in sauna areas. Conversations can take place in the restaurant.

Guests are **not permitted** to pour water or scented oils onto the sauna heater. Only our sauna masters (aufguss masters) may do this.

Alcohol and sauna use may not mix safely. Staff are authorized to refuse to serve alcohol if they consider it unsafe or irresponsible.

HEAT is approximately 600 m². The number of guests depends on how you want to use HEAT:
For sauna and wellness use, HEAT is most comfortable for up to 50 people.
